Xenoglosia - The Final Finalist [FCM005]
November 20th, 2005Decaying drones and abstract beats characterize “The Final Finalist”, an experimental ambient release from ‘Xenoglosia’. This is the second Full Code release from Calgary producer ‘Nerdlab 4′.
Xenoglosia is the staple of the Nerdlab 4 Diet Program. ‘The Final Finalist’ is the 5th release by this particular mechanical entity. A four track conceptual ambient delight based on aspects of the four elements you surface dwellers get to deal with every day, things like Bees. and Sand. and Liquid Mercury, and SOLAR ATOMIC PARTICLES (you can decide which are which). Produced in the glorious summer of 2003, and now finally seeing the light of day, we present it to you all, a pleasing event for all of us down here in the lair. Enjoy it. Or don’t. Hotsauce burns our optic sensors, but we require it for fuel.
Sex Genius - Sex Genius [FCM004]
November 1st, 2005Sex Genius (birth name unknown) is a Doctor of Penetration and a noted researcher in the Erotic Sciences. He lives at an undisclosed location, in a laboratory bunker, far from the influence of modern civilization. This four-track EP represents his first foray into electronic music, as well as the findings of a number of his experiments (most notably that 96% of women are physically unable to resist the combination of electric piano and a freshly shaven chest). Production assistance was provided by Bogart Shwadchuck, as The Sex Genius’ studies leave him little time for the finer details of electronic music production. The fusion of R&B, electro, and subliminal aphrodisiac elements is in compliance with strict guidelines set forth by Sex Genius, and no unnecessary liberties were taken.

Available as a free download (PayPal donations encouraged), ‘Money Waster E.P.’ is 40 minutes of searing, pants-splitting D&B from Toronto artist ‘Statistic’.
